REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Before buying an accessory from leather-handmade, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the terms of processing orders and returning goods.

 INDIVIDUAL ORDER

An individual order for the manufacture of a product — the manufacture of a product according to the parameters, sketches and photos of the customer or the manufacture of a company model with some changes and additions at the request of the customer: size, shape, pockets, handles, etc., the use of additional materials or equipment for the manufacture of the product.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF GOODS OF INADEQUATE QUALITY

Refunds or product exchanges (without changes) are made in the case when:

1. Serious differences between the finished product and the information on the website were revealed.

2. Low-quality processing of materials or low-quality manufacturing (uneven seam, significant defects in materials, accessories) were detected.

 The returned product must be without traces of use, its original appearance and all consumer qualities must also be preserved.

The company will refund the money minus the costs of delivery and money transfer. The transfer is credited to the customer’s account within 10 working days from the moment the product is returned.

The customer is responsible for the safety of the goods during shipment until the company receives them, so we recommend using delivery services that insure parcels.

Refunds require photos with proof of the reason for the refund.

When significant defects are detected, an examination is appointed, which confirms the fact that one of the parties (the buyer or the manufacturer) is at fault. The examination is paid for by the party whose fault the shortage of goods was discovered. Elimination of defects related to the process of product operation is paid by the buyer.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF PROPER QUALITY GOODS

The buyer has the right to exchange the product for a similar one at the seller’s company in the following cases:

1. If the product does not meet the customer’s requirements: the shape, size, design, color do not fit or for other reasons, as a result of which it cannot be used for its intended purpose.

2. If the product did not suit the customer for any reason and was not used, its appearance, consumer properties, labels, seals are also preserved if the receipt is available.

Product exchange and return is possible:

1. If 14 days have passed since the day of purchase, the product has no signs of use, the entire packaging, product appearance, consumer qualities and all documents provided by the seller (receipt, warranty card, instructions).

2. If the product was purchased as a gift, it is returned together with the product. The gift must also have the proper appearance (product appearance, consumer properties, seals, packaging). If the buyer was provided with a permanent customer card, it is considered invalid.

3. If a similar product is not in the assortment, the buyer has the right:

Buy other goods that are available, taking into account the recalculation of the cost;
Return the product and get a refund;
Exchange the product for a similar one when it goes on sale.

Refunds are made in an amount equal to the value of the product at the time of purchase. The buyer receives the money within 7 days from the moment of confirmation of fulfillment of warranty obligations by the buyer.

Exchange of goods is not carried out in cases:

If the product has been used and defects are found or is not fully assembled.

More than 14 days have passed since the purchase (confirmation of receipt of goods).
