WARRANTIES FOR LEATHER PRODUCTS
Most likely, you will never need everything written below. We have made maximum efforts for this during the production of our products.
Buyers of our products can expect to have any product purchased from us repaired within a year of purchase.
When we talk about product repair, we mean it:
— Hardware repair.
— Replacement of accessories with a new one. (Whether to repair or replace the fittings with a new one is decided by the master when inspecting the product live. This decision is not made based on the photo.)
— If repair is necessary, we can send you the parts of the accessories, if you want to repair the product yourself (to save time and pay for delivery).
— Zipper repair (the slider broke, the zipper split or broke off).
— Replacing the zipper with a new one, if it is beyond repair.
— We sew the product along the seam, if it is technologically possible.
During repairs we do not do:
— If the leather is cut or torn, we do not patch or sew the product.
— If the repair is technologically impossible, we will notify you in advance.
— We do not replace the product with a new one.
If repairs are necessary, please note the following:
— Some breakdowns will be quickly repaired at any clothing, shoe and haberdashery repair shop in your city. So you will save on delivery.
— You can replace or repair some accessories yourself. We will send you the necessary details by mail.
— Repair in production conditions takes from 1 to 2 weeks.
— If more than a year has passed since the order was placed, repairs are made on a paid basis. The cost of repair is calculated individually.
Mandatory conditions for free repair:
— You indicate the approximate date of purchase, name and phone number to whom the order and delivery were made. If your order by name or phone number is not in the system, the product will not be accepted for repair!
— Delivery to both sides is paid by the customer.
— Before sending, you must send 3 detailed and clear photos of the breakdown to our Viber, email, or Instagram.
